Affordable homes for local people

The very qualities that make Lyme Regis, Uplyme and Charmouth such desirable places can make it difficult for local people to remain part of the community they serve and belong to.

Without affordable housing, families, key workers, young people and older residents can find themselves priced out of the places they call home.

Lyme Regis Community Land Trust, a registered Charity, was established to help address that challenge and support thriving, sustainable communities for future generations.
